Comparison between iOS and Android operating systems (Anton Li)

iOS and Android are the operating systems that power the smartphones and each operating system has unique features that make it different from the other. iOS 10 is the latest update and Android 7.0 Nougat is the latest update, both operating systems were released in 2016.

iOS 10 has new features that include improvements and new features incorporated within the native messaging system known as iMessage. Photos have received new features that allows the user to locate their photos by people or location. The personal voice assistant Siri has been opened up to third party developers so they can take advantage of this technology with their apps.

Android 7.0 Nougat has new features that include new emojis and multi-window view. This allows the user to complete two different tasks at the same time. Users can also use their apps in virtual reality mode which has never been seen before on a smartphone.
